Hello everyone! We apologize for being so quiet recently.
Since we ended our tour in July, it has been nonstop movement in our personal lives. Ian has resumed his work with the Baytown Symphony Orchestra, Samuel has gone back to college to get his teaching certification and Kim has been dealing with some minor health issues. It’s been interesting, to say the least.
One thing that happened was Hurricane Harvey hitting the Houston area. We were fortunate enough to not maintain any real damage to our home and spent the time trapped indoors working on our EP. Since it was completed during the hurricane, we named it after our song, The Eye of the Storm. If you want to check it out, head over to http://brightwire.bandcamp.com to pick up a copy. Right now, we’re offering it as a “pay what you want” release. Hopefully you’ll enjoy it. We’re treating this as a demo of sorts. Eventually, we will do other version of these songs for a full release, but for now, this gets you something to take home.
We’ve got a few sporadic shows over the fall/winter months, but we’re taking it easy on touring…real easy. Check the tour dates section for upcoming southeast Texas shows, everyone else, we hope to see you some time in 2018.
That’s all we have for today. Hope this update finds you all well. Talk to you all soon.
