Yeah, that title is cheesy, but it brings good news!
First off, our run last month with Reverend Red and Matthew from the Colonies was stellar. Those two both delivered killer sets each night and we were stoked to get to hang with them. If you haven’t heard them, do yourself a favor and go find them now!
Now onto the future…
This Saturday, we’ll be at Lone Pint Brewery in Magnolia with Grifters & Shills. We’re pretty excited to be heading back out there to enjoy some Yellow Roses, play some tunes and take in a beautiful Saturday outdoors.
Next week, we’ll be at Shoeshine Charlie’s Big Top Lounge with The Outcrowd and Galvezton, then we’ll be at Ronnie’s Ice House on the 23rd for Jeff Appleby’s Birthday Party and Equusearch Fundraiser, which is a great cause.
In May, we’ll be taking some time off from shows to get our new EP ready to release. It should be out at the end of May/first week of June. We’re excited for y’all to hear it. It’ll be 4 songs and the first in our series of EPs. Each one will contain a mixture of new songs and re-recordings of songs from A Place to Call Home with full-band arrangements.
Finally, in June, we’ll be on the road for most of the month with Grifters & Shills. We’ll be playing with them at Pondstock in Nebraska, Choice City Stomp in Colorado and various points in between. Check out our tour dates section to see if we’ll be around you. We’ll be doing a short second leg in August, so if we miss you on this run, maybe we’ll see you then.
That’s all we got for now! Hope y’all are doing well and we look forward to seeing y’all at show!
