May 21, 2025 – One foot in front of the other…

We hope you have all been doing well…or at least as well as you can be doing these days. It’s been a bit of a dark time on our end, but we see some light coming up ahead. We’re pretty grateful for that sun on the horizon.

As we head into the summer months, we’re going to start playing some more shows. Next weekend, we’ll be heading over to re:HAB Bar on the Bayou to play a show with Kerosene Stars. We’re pretty stoked about that one. It should be a lot of fun. We really dig Kerosene Stars and re:HAB is always a good time.

In July, we’ve got a pretty good tour lined up that will see us go through north Texas, Colorado and Kansas before coming back down for some shows around southeast Texas. We’re not going as far out this summer due to many variables, but we’re really looking forward to having some miles under our belts for 2025.

One of the positive reasons we’ve been staying closer to home is that we are working on a new album at the moment. We’ve got all of the guitar tracks in the can right now. We’re going to be getting bass, dobro/steel, drums and vocals in the coming weeks. We’re looking at releasing this one in early 2026. Most likely in February. We’re pretty happy with it so far and hope it finishes up looking as great as it is sounding now.

That’s all we have for now. Be safe out there, friends! We hope to see as many of y’all as we can soon.
